Esta es la primera versión del lanzamiento estadounidense (500.000 unidades), que mostraba solo a O-Jay y Patsy en la portada. A Arista le preocupaba que enfrentaran otro escándalo similar al de Milli Vanilli, ya que Patsy en realidad no cantaba en las pistas ni cantaba en vivo. Para resolver este problema, la nueva integrante Vanessa Mason, que en realidad podía cantar, aunque no aparece en las grabaciones de este álbum, se unió al grupo y fue agregada a la portada. Esta edición fue rápidamente retirada de circulación y posteriormente fue reprimida para incluir a Vanessa.
